Papers on the East London Theatre [manuscript], 1826-1827.

Papers concerned with the proposals and prospectuses first, to erect a new theater - The East London Theatre - in Cannon Street Road, to replace the Royalty Theatre burned in April 1826, and then, to erect the Royal Brunswick theatre at Chamber St. and Leman St., in Goodman's Fields. Included is a "Case" for Mr. Chitty's Opinion, March 19, 1827, and a copy of a letter from R. W. Elliston, October 22, 1827.
